Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition.

For hygiene reasons, worn apparel and used malas cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
